Danica's Debut @ Fontana And My first Nascar race!

Just got tickets for DP's debut in California. I just got tickets for Feb 20th race :)I'm one if those People that is following Danica over to NASCAR so it should be interesting! Is NASCAR that different from INDY? Other than the cars! Anything I should know before I go to my first NASCAR race?

I started following INDY racing more carefully when Danica started coming up in the ranks. Now that she's racing stock cars, well it's a marriage made in heaven for me! Yeah, I'd say there are a lot of differences between the two types of racing.

My wife isn't a big race fan so she's heard enough about Danica and NASCAR in the last few weeks to make her about sick. he he, no... she's a good sport. Sh tells all her friends I'm in love w/ another woman! We're going out to Vegas for sure. I'm hoping to attend some fan event out there but haven't seen anything announced. I'm thinking about coming down to Fontana last minute.; ▶ Reply to This

Is is going to be Billy Bobs, buck teeth, Budwiser and butt crack?Well maybe not in California. Maybe it will just be people coming together to enjoy American Motorsport? I'm driving down from San Francisco on Friday morning and should be there in plenty of time to meet up for dinner on Friday nite. I'm staying about 10 miles from the track. Would you like to set a place and time? I've never been to Fontana but I think I remember seeing some eating recommedations on the Auto Club Speedway website.
