Lisa, I was rereading the comments on this race, and I encountered your advice to Mr. Cavin about seeing a specialist. I don't remember reading it before. That was very, very funny. You said it in such a subtle and clever way.

It annoys me because we as DP fans get slammed across the coals at the mere hint of giving her credit for absolutely anything. But Mr. Cavin cheerfully says things like if Hinch hadn't slammed into the wall he might have won, and Marco gets along perfectly with his teammates except when he's complaining about them on the radio. Gee aint it grand the girl is gone???????

I think Mr. Cavin needs to report to his proctologist for emergency head extraction.

I also just watched online the interviews with Tony Eury Jr and Jacques Villeneuve. If Mr. Villeneuve had apologized for screwing up another driver's great day, I'd kind of be ok with it. But he acted like a complete jerk. Danica in contrast was graceful and honest and confident. Between the awesome driving and her post-race comments, I really think she increased her fan base yesterday.

LOL thanks David. i think i may have been too rough on mr Cavin. ive read alot from him since then and he sometimes has nice things to say about DP. i get the sense hes not completely anti-danica, hes more head-in-the-clouds about indycar and wants to see the most positive things about that sport. i can respect that.

Well, I'm sure he's much more comfortable then. The clouds are a much better place to have his head than the location you indicated before.
