I had not noticed the time difference. Thanks for the heads up. I watched online today also. I had trouble with the video and then lost audio for awhile. I missed Danica's spin. But so happy she didn't hit anything. It was great to see her jump up to 10th fastest. Good Luck to her tomorrow, I would love to she her in the fast 6.
I won't get to go to Texas this year our home opener for WNBA Phoenix Mercury is the day of the race. Indy is always an option I have not made it there yet maybe this year. If we get it booked I will let you know. Can't wait for the race this weekend.
Ronnie, great photos of you and Danica. I saw you last year at the texas race and at our hotel. Your hair was awesome!!!! I did not get a chance to formally meet you, but would love to at a future race this year. Currently I am going to Long Beach and Kansas, are going to be at either of those? I would to add you as a friend also.
Yeah, it's pretty bad down here, especially in the southern part of Houston and down by Galveston. We were lucky and we didn't really have any damage and we were only without power for a couple of days. My brother was without power for 10 days. He had a generator to run his refrigerator and a few other things. So that was good.
Other people weren't so lucky. There are still tons of people without power around town. There are a lot of traffic lights still out around here. It is slowly but surely getting all put back together. I just feel bad for all of the people that had their houses totally wiped out by the storm surge down the Galveston. Just the other day let people into Galveston to see their homes, or what was left of them.
I'm sure everything will be back to normal soon. Hopefully, anyway!
Ronnie...How is the cleanup going after IKE.I saw the ABC, CBS, NBC houston affliaction & Houston Cronicle on the internet have good photo. It was a very bad storm. There was alot of boats on the road. Some of those that was hit hardest looks like it was wipe of the map.
